I love to motivate and help others to accomplish their goal of home ownership. Providing experience in the real estate industry since 2007, I have successfully guided clients in sales of residential homes, townhouses, condos, and land in Muskingum and surrounding counties. While attending John Glenn High School back in the late 90's, I would ride along with my father, who is now a retired Appraiser, and take photos of subject properties, or any home I found interesting! Even when on vacations, I would gather up all the real estate books in the locations we visited so I could compare home styles, environments, desired materials, & craftsmanship. I can work deals for land, commercial, investment properties, and have received certification in short sales & foreclosures. E-Certified and can help guide clients in the process of relocation. I live with my family of four Humans and our pack of Siberian Huskies, Highland Lynxs, & Chickens. Along with 18 years of coaching high school volleyball, I also founded and served as the Director of the S.W.A.T. Volleyball program for 13 years, that was established in 2004, which was formed for area volleyball athletes from over five counties in Ohio to train and compete during the USA Volleyball club season.
